1866 Established as founders and engineers
1887 The business was incorporated as Gibb and Hogg Limited[1]
1890 When McCulloch, Sons and Kennedy closed they acquired their pattern and drawings
1890s Started producing railway locomotives
1911 The company went into voluntary liquidation in August[2]
1912 The company closed. They built around twenty locomotives
