George Webb (c1834-1881) of Mappin and Webb

1861 Living at Stone Lodge, Clapham: George Webb (age 60 born Southwark), Wine and Spirit Merchant. With his wife Elizabeth Webb (age 52 born Cripplegate, London) and their son George Webb (age 28 born St Ethelburga, London), Manufacturer and Silver, Plater of Cutlery. Two servants.[1]

1864 May 19th. Married in Hove to Annie Theresa Bennett

1881 Living at Downage, Hendon, Mddx.: George Webb (age 47 born London), Manufacturer and Ironmonger. With his wife Annie Theresa Webb (age 41 born Streatham) and their four children; Mabel Elizabeth Webb (age 13 born Clapham); Bernard Hugh Webb (age 8 born Hendon); Ronald Edward Webb (age 7 born Hendon); and Elsie Gwendolen Webb (age 3 born Hendon). Eight servants.[2]

1881 September 13th. Died. Had five children. Buried in Hendon Parish Church.[3]

1881 Will. George Webb of Mappin and Webb.[4] Probate to his widow Annie Theresa Webb.
