Francis George Parker was born in 1911 and received his technical education at The Birmingham Central Technical College and The Borough Polytechnic.

His apprenticeship was served with The Austin Motor Co., Ltd., concluding with a period at the London Repair Works of the Company.

He died early in 1937 at the age of 26.

He was elected a Probationary Graduate in 1933 and transferred to Graduate in 1934.
