Fairey Automation a subsidiary of Fairey Holdings.

1977 The National Enterprise Board acquired the non-aviation assets of the Fairey Group, consisting of 14 subsidiary companies[1], one of which was Fairey Automation.

1980 The National Enterprise Board sold Fairey Holdings to Doulton, the subsidiary of S. Pearson and Son[2]

1985 Fairey Automation designed and installed an automatic production line for cylinder head sub-assemblies at Perkins, Peterborough; it employed 8 Pragma robots[3]
