1890 Incorporated as a private limited company.

1910 London Representative of the Daily Telegraph Newspaper, at 4 and 5 Salisbury Court, Fleet Street, London, E.C.

1911 Became a public company.

1914 Paper manufacturers, wholesale and export stationers. Employees 2,000. [1]

1928 Associated Newspapers acquired a large majority of shares in the company from the Lloyd family[2]

1936 Associated Newspapers sold its interests, including the paper mills at Sittingbourne and Kemsley, to Bowater Paper Mills[3]
