1954 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Morris Seager and Thomas Ainsworth Eccles carrying on business as Textile Merchant Converters, at 17, Nicholas Street, Manchester, under the style or firm of "ECCLES, SEAGER & CO." has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 26th November, 1953, so far as concerns the said Morris Seager who retires from the firm. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Ainsworth Eccles who will continue to carry on the said business under the same style or firm...'[2]
