'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Morris Seager and Thomas Ainsworth Eccles carrying on business as Textile Merchant Converters, at 17, Nicholas Street, Manchester, under the style or firm of "ECCLES, SEAGER & CO." has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 26th November, 1953, so far as concerns the said Morris Seager who retires from the firm.
