1890 Born in London
1911 Gained his aviator's certificate at Hendon
Instructor at the Sopwith Flying School, Brooklands
1914 Formed Perry, Beadle and Co with F. P. H. Beadle, designing flying boats
1914 Died on 16th August when the plane crashed at Amiens. Also killed was Herbert Edward Parfitt. Evelyn Perry was the first British Officer killed on active service in France
