1935 Dunedin Garages Limited was incorporated as a private company, with a capital of £10,000, to carry on the business of manufacturers and dealers in motor cars and motor cycles. The subscribers were the chocolate manufacturer R. T. Duncan and William Steele, proprietor of the Royal George Hotel, Perth.[1]

1970 The company was dissolved.[2]
