1930s The recipes from which Dufrais vinegars were created date back to the 1930s.

By 1990 (and probably by 1948) British Vinegars owned Dufrais and Co, a leading specialist brand of vinegar[1]

2002 Acquired by Premier Foods

2008 The range of vinegars in the Dufrais range include: Cabernet Sauvignon (Red Wine); Sauvignon Blanc (White Wine); and Vintage Cider.

2012 Acquired by Mizkan Euro Ltd
