1887 Joseph Devey agreed to sell the company to Joseph Horton.
1887 Company was one of those that formed Humber; 170 men employed at this time [1].
1888 February. Stanley Exhibition of Cycles in Westminster. Now part of Humber and Co. [2]
1897 Joseph Devey started again as J. Devey and Co., cycle manufacturers, of 13 Pipers Row, Wolverhampton. Manufacturers of the North Express cycles.
