1969 Crane Fruehauf Trailers acquired a 51 per cent interest in Dennison Trailers Limited of Glengomley, County Antrim.

1976 Dennison Trailers of Northern Ireland Ltd manufactured a wide variety of semi-trailers at its works near Belfast and marketed and sold its own products. It also sold other Crane models in Northern Ireland. It also manufactured major sub-assemblies and components for Dennison Trailers Ireland Limited. Dennison Trailers Ireland Limited manufactured a range of semi-trailers at its works at Naas, near Dublin, and marketed and solds these and other products in the Irish Republic.

1977 Started the manufacture of 4x2 tractors and 6x4 and 8x4 rigid trucks

1981 Reverted to making trailers
