On 30 January 1928, the Crystalate Manufacturing Co re-incorporated as Crystalate Gramophone Record Manufacturing Co and subsequently established affiliates in France and Germany, set up a new headquarters and studio, Crystalate House, in London
1937 Decca Record Co acquired the record busines of Crystalate Gramophone Record Manufacturing Co Ltd[1]. Crystalate retained its interests in plastic moulding, billiard balls, and would continue as record wholesalers.
