The Columbia Phonograph Co Inc of New York was the successor to the Columbia Graphophone Manufacturing Co[1]

1907 The company's Oxford Street shop was one of several which sold Fonotipia records distributed by Sterling and Hunting[2]

1908 Exhibited the Dictaphone from USA at Olympia[3]

1925 With the Constructive Finance and Investment Co, the Columbia Graphophone Co acquired a controlling interest in the Columbia Phonograph Co of New York[4]
