COLIN STUART CAMPBELL, born in Colombo on the 17th August, 1880, was drowned in Burma on the 5th November, 1915.

He gained his early experience on sanitary work under Messrs. Beesley, Son and Nichols, and as Resident Engineer on the Chertsey main-drainage works.

In 1905 he was appointed Assistant Engineer on the Burma Railways, and at the date of his untimely death he was acting District Engineer at Rangoon.

He was elected an Associate Member on the 5th December, 1905.
