1923 January Formed by Parsons Marine Steam Turbine Co to acquire the shipbuilding yard of Sir Raylton Dixon and Co and the adjoining yard of William Harkess and Sons; Parsons had a controlling interest in the company[1].

1924 The company had obtained no new orders[2]

1931 Purchased by National Shipbuilders Security Ltd for closure and dismantling, together with 7 other yards[3].
