1841 May 25th. Born the son of Richard Duckering and his wife Mary Jane Norton

1851 Living at 49 Waterside North, Lincoln: Richard Duckering (age 46 born Retford), Iron Founder. With his wife Mary J. Duckering (age 40 born Sudbrook) and their four children; Charles Duckering (age 19 born Lincoln), Iron Founder); Elizabeth J. Duckering (age 9 born Lincoln); Sarah T. Duckering (age 2 born Lincoln); and Mary H. Duckering (age 9 months born Lincoln). One servant.[1]

1871 Living at 26 Monks Road, Lincoln: Charles Duckering (age 29 born Lincoln), Iron Founder. With his wife Sarah Ann Duckering (age 29 born Lincoln) and their two daughters. One servant.[2]

1879 Birth of son Richard[3]

1911 Living at 101 Monks Road Hastings Lincoln: Charles Duckering (age 69 born St. Swithin, Lincoln), Engineer and Iron Founder and an Employer. With his wife (married 45 years with four children) Sarah Ann Duckering (age 69 born St. Benedict, Lincoln) and their daughter Lizzie Jane Duckering (age 42 born St. Swithin, Lincoln).[4]

1916 December 17th. Died age 75

1917 Probate. Of Monks road, Lincoln, granted to Richard Duckering, Iron Founder
