1873 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Edwin Cambridge and Edmund Parham, at the Saint Phillip's Iron Works, in the parish of Saint Phillip and Jacob, in the city of Bristol, as Engineers and Agricultural Implement Makers, under the firm of Cambridge and Parham, has been dissolved as on and from this 18th day of March, 1873, the undersigned Edwin Cambridge having retired therefrom; and that all debts due to and from the partnership firm will be received and paid by the said Edmund Parham, by whom alone the business will in future be carried on under the same style of Cambridge and Parham...'[1]
