1914 The company was founded by F. Burnett and E. Satchwell.
The range included tin plate toys, aircraft, locomotives, open-top motor bus and a Royal Mail van, as well as fire engines.
They also produced the Ubilda range of kits which included a few cars.
The company did not undertake its own manufacturing. (See Barringer, Wallis and Manners).
