1962 Company established by Charles Brock and Henry Saunders[1]

1967 Public company incorporated[2]

1968 Acquired Electronic Laboratories (Hendon), one of the company's suppliers, increasing the vertical integration of the company; Electronic Laboratories also made marine navigational aids[3]

1969 Acquired Telta Alarms; name changed to Brocks Group[4] which would be more appropriate for the expanded and diversified company[5]

1978 Brocks Group sold Brocks Alarms to Automated Security (Holdings)[6]
