  • Incorporated 1928 to take over British Booklet Matches Ltd., a company formed in 1926, producing patent advertising booklet matches and "disk" matches. Brentfield Road factory severely damaged by fire in 1929.
  • 1929 Listed Exhibitor. Manufacturers of Booklet Matches, Photograph Booklet Matches, and "Disk" Matches. (Stand No. PO.15) [1]
  • 1967 Company went into voluntary liquidation.
