1867 Bilston Brook Furnace Co: 3 blast furnaces built, 2 in blast. Cinders melt and cinders forge.

1879 Isaac Bradley, ironmaster, was described as "of Brook Furnaces, Bilston"[1]

The (Bilston) brook appears to have been earlier widened and straightened, or diverted to form a canal arm running from the Moxley-Darlaston canal to serve the (Price's) furnace.
