1851 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Samuel Alexander Benetfink and James David Jones, under the firm of Benetfink and Jones, of Nos. 89 and 90, Cheapside, in the city of London, as Furnishing Ironmongers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to the said late partnership, and owing by the same, will be received and paid by the undersigned Samuel Alexander Benetfink, who will in future carry on the business...'[1]
