1894 Exhibited at Antwerp Exhibition with cutlery, files, horseshoe and cabinet rasps. [1]

1897 The company was registered on 9 April, to take over the business of manufacturers of steel, cutlery, electro-plate etc, of the firm of the same name. [2] Chairman is John Furniss Atkinson and directors include Edward Atkinson.[3]
