  • Subsequently employed as Inspecting Engineer by Robert Hammond, M.Inst.C.E.
  • 1897 Appointed Managing Engineer to the Reading Electric Supply Co., Ltd.
  • 1905 Managing Engineer, Bombay Electric Supply and Tramways Co., Ltd.
  • 1913 Retired from this position, and has since been in practice as a Consulting Engineer, acting for several electricity supply undertakings in India and the Colonies.
  • War services: Consulting work in connection with munitions and service under the Admiralty.
