We regret also to record the death, on November 22nd, of Mr. Arthur Russell, technical director of Goodwin Barsby and Co., Ltd., Leicester.
Mr. Russell, who was sixty-six, had spent the whole of his professional career, extending over fifty years, in the company's service.
