1884 Married on the Isle of Wight to Isabella Mary Way

1911 Living at 10 Richmond Road, Ealing: Arthur Hindhaugh Shield (age 51 born Lewisham), Civil Engineer. With his wife Isabella Mary Shield (age 54 born Southampton) and their two children Marjorie Hindhaugh Shield (age 19 born Ealing) and Thomas Lawton Shield (age 17 born ealing). Also his mother Eliza Shield (age 76 born Jesmond). Two servants.[1]
