1918 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Arthur Edmund Mayo, of Lynton, Barras-lane, in the city of Coventry, Cycle Factor, and Arthur Hodgson Francis, of 72, Smithford-street, in the city of Coventry, Outfitter, carrying on business as Dyers and Cleaners, at 51, The Parade, and 17, Park-street, Leamington, in the county of Warwick, under the style or firm of " STRATTONS," was dissolved as and from the 1st day of September, 1917, by mutual consent. All debts and liabilities will be received and paid by the said Arthur Hodgson Francis, who will in future carry on the business alone as " Strattons."...'[1]
