ALEXANDER McCULLOCH, born at Blairadam, N.B., on the 10th March, 1841, died in Edinburgh on the 27th October, 1912.
After gaining practical experience in the Burgh Engineer’s Office, Edinburgh, he took up consulting practice as an engineer and architect in Dundee. In that capacity he was responsible for waterworks at Carnoustie, the laying out of Duthie Park, Aberdeen, and of cemeteries at Glasgow and Montrose, and for various churches and public buildings in Dundee and elsewhere.
Mr. McCulloch was elected an Associate of The Institution on the 12th January, 1875, and was subsequently placed in the class of Associate Members.
