By 1956 Subsidiaries were Empire Aluminium Co of Glasgow, Wraptyn Co of Enfield, and Acme Aluminium Co of Colombo
1956 Acquired by Venesta, which was in similar business, for its main subsidiary Empire Aluminium which provided extra aluminium foil production without Venesta building a new factory [4]
