Successor to Absalom Harrop presumably.

Francis J. Pearson, son-in-law of Absalom Harrop, was for a time his partner in Absalom Harrop and Pearson before he emigrated to Australia around 1886.

After this the business presumably reverted to the title of Absalom Harrop
