1910 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Thurman and Arthur John Thurman, carrying on business as Cycle Accessories Manufacturers, at 25, Legge-lane, Birmingham, under the style or firm of A. J. THURMAN AND CO., has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 7th. day of November, 1910. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Arthur John Thurman, who will continue to carry on the business....'[1]
