1891 Bordeaux-Paris Cycle Race

1891 May 22nd. The first Bordeaux to Paris cycle race held over 358 miles with 38 competitors of which five were English. Won by G. P. Mills and followed by M. A. Holbein, S. F. Edge, and J. E. L. Bates. P. C. Twentyman also finished.[1]
